My capstone project is a culmination of my academic learning, incorporating key lessons from each course. I developed a 2 day goal setting training for my organization, Flying Blue Imports. Every organization needs goals, however resources, time and measured progress are often luxuries in start up companies that make goal setting a low priority.  This training was to create the time and space to develop goals to not only foster collaboration and systems buy-in, but also give clarity and focus to the organization for 2024 and beyond.
